STORY

Many businesses are largely dependent on active and constant customer interaction. CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) helps businesses interact with their customers using custom made software.

Our Bangalore based client approached us with a new, cutting edge customer- support ticketing software. We were required to handle the Branding, Website and Mobile app design and their Marketing Collateral.

SOLUTION

We began the branding process by naming the product and went on to design their logo and choose a color palette which was to occupy every aspect of this product.

Asista is a play on the word assistance, and is apt for the service they were providing, to assist in customer engagement.

The logo was designed to juxtapose the chat icon with the letter ‘ a ‘ in the name.

The logo was made as a gradient of color palette. This palette would also cover every element of the product.

The colours picked are visually bold with the purpose of capturing attention.

Custom made illustrations along with unique and attractive icons were used for the design of the website and mobile app. The illustrations visually represent the features and help users gain a basic understanding at a glance, allowing them to develop interest and explore the entire product. They also highlight the use of cloud and AI which is the USP of this product.

The illustrations and icons went on to become a large part of asista’s marketing collateral as well.

Every element of the design is unique and serves its own purpose but is also tied together to form the complete picture of a product. Headcanon is well versed in design thinking and uses this experience to bring the name, logo, colours and design together and represent it as a whole brand.
